		<description>I read this book years ago when it first came out, but was thrilled to see you post this chapter. I can so identify with what he is saying about the move from hierarchies to networking. Here in Guayaquil we are structured as a network of house/simple/traditional/hybrid churches that relate to one another on equal terms. There is no hierarchy overseeing. What ties us together is a common vision of seeing 500,000 new disciples in the coming five years. Thanks for this timely post.</description>
